A daring robbery in Guwahati’s Srimantapur area has left residents shaken. On Saturday night, thieves used an incapacitating spray to render a family unconscious and looted valuables worth Rs. 3 lakh, including gold jewelry and cash.

According to victims, thieves broke into house while family was asleep, using spray to ensure no resistance. They then ransacked home and fled with valuables. A complaint was filed at Bhangagarh Police Station, and police have launched an investigation.
